At SavifyHub, we do our best to ensure that every cashback transaction is smooth, accurate, and rewarding. However, due to how cashback is tracked across partner websites, there may occasionally be instances where your cashback doesn’t appear in your account.
We understand how frustrating that can be, and we’ve made it easy for you to lodge a Missing Cashback Claim so we can investigate and resolve the issue for you.
🔍 Why Cashback Might Not Track
There are several common reasons why cashback might not show up:
- You didn’t click through SavifyHub before purchasing
- Your browser had ad blockers or tracking prevention enabled
- The use of external coupon codes not provided by SavifyHub
- Items were returned, refunded, or canceled
- You switched devices or tabs during checkout
- Cashback not eligible on certain products or brands
Tracking technology relies on cookies and correct flow—any interruption may cause a loss in tracking.
✅ Before You Submit a Claim
Please make sure:
- You made the purchase after clicking through SavifyHub
- You completed your order in one session (no switching tabs or apps)
- The cashback has not already been credited (check your account)
- It has been at least 48 hours since your purchase (tracking can be delayed)
If you’ve confirmed the above and still haven’t received cashback, go ahead and lodge a claim!
📝 How to Submit a Missing Cashback Claim
To file a claim, please follow these steps:
- Login to your SavifyHub account.
- Go to the “My Account” section.
- Click on “Missing Cashback” or “Report an Issue”
- Fill in the required details:
- Store name
- Purchase date & time
- Order value
- Order/transaction number
- Screenshot of your order confirmation (PDF or image)
📤 Once submitted, our team will review and follow up with you via email.
⏳ How Long Does It Take?
Once we receive your claim, we forward the details to the relevant store or affiliate partner for verification.
⏱️ Please allow:
- Up to 7 business days for initial confirmation
- Up to 60 days (depending on the store) for full investigation and cashback resolution

- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase
- Cashback claims are only valid for purchases made through a logged-in SavifyHub account
- If an order was canceled, returned, or modified, it may not be eligible for cashback
